Statis does not guarantee absolute completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, trademarks, branding, logos, APIs, workflows, dashboards, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Statis.

You may not:

  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Commercially exploit

any part of the Services without prior written authorization.

API & Integration Usage

Customers using APIs or integration services agree to:

Statis reserves the right to suspend API access in cases of misuse or security risk.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service usage or engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability, Statis does not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted access

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, security events, or third-party dependencies may impact service availability.

12.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statis shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Regulatory actions arising from customer misuse
  • Decisions made based on platform outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

13.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statis, its affiliates, employees, and partners against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of laws or regulations
  • Unauthorized data processing
  • Breach of these Terms

Suspension & Termination

Statis reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Unauthorized activities are detected
  • Security risks arise
  • Required by law or regulatory authority

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment or compliance obligations.

Third-Party Services

Certain features may rely on third-party providers, integrations, or government systems. Statis is not responsible for interruptions or inaccuracies originating from such external systems.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Updates to Terms

Statis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
