Statis is a compliance intelligence and verification platform designed to help enterprises, institutions, and authorized entities manage immigration-related compliance workflows, verification processes, and associated regulatory operations.
The platform is intended strictly for lawful, authorized, and compliance-related use cases.

• You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement
• You are accessing the platform on behalf of yourself or an authorized organization
• You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

• Government entities
• Financial institutions
• Employers
• Educational institutions
• Enterprise customers
• Authorized compliance and verification teams

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

We process data in accordance with applicable laws including:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Applicable contractual and regulatory obligations

Data processing is performed on a lawful basis including:

• Legitimate institutional purpose
• Regulatory obligations
• Contractual necessity

You acknowledge that decisions made using platform insights remain your independent responsibility.

• Must not be used as the sole basis for adverse decisions
• May be subject to limitations, delays, or third-party data dependencies

Statis does not guarantee absolute completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Modify
• Commercially exploit

any part of the Services without prior written authorization.

• Use only authorized API credentials
• Adhere to rate limits and technical documentation
• Avoid automated abuse or unauthorized scraping
• Maintain reasonable security safeguards

Statis reserves the right to suspend API access in cases of misuse or security risk.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service usage or engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, security events, or third-party dependencies may impact service availability.

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Regulatory actions arising from customer misuse
• Decisions made based on platform outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of laws or regulations
• Unauthorized data processing
• Breach of these Terms

• These Terms are violated
• Unauthorized activities are detected
• Security risks arise
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment or compliance obligations.

Certain features may rely on third-party providers, integrations, or government systems. Statis is not responsible for interruptions or inaccuracies originating from such external systems.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Statis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
